The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and maintaining existing software to enhance its capabilities. Collaboration with multiple clients and teams is a key aspect, ensuring that software components are developed and improved effectively to meet evolving business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP environments. - Experience in managing SAP system installations, upgrades, and patching activities. - Ability to monitor and optimize database and application server performance. - Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures for SAP landscapes.
