This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, focusing on delivering efficient and scalable software solutions. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the engineer continuously adapts to evolving business needs and technological advancements to address complex challenges effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful API design and database management. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications. - Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively. - Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring application security throughout the development lifecycle.
