What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Front Middle and Back Office Treasury Management - P1 • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field • Qualifications- CA,CPA,ACCA (preferred) • 4 to 5 years of experience in Record to Report or Tax reporting function preferably in Insurance domain • Working knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and Local tax laws • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Blackline, etc. is a plus) • Good communication skills to interact with stakeholder across regions Roles and Responsibilities: • Incumbent needs to be meticulous and proactive in supporting the accounting and reporting of treasury-related activities • The role is central to managing cash flow accounting, investment-related journal entries, intercompany funding, and ensuring strong bank reconciliation governance • Proficient in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with TMS tools (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum) • Strong understanding of cash accounting, investments, and bank reconciliation processes • Familiarity with insurance cash flows, investment cycles, and liquidity requirements • Maintaining documentation (SOP) for treasury-related accounting policies and procedures • Support automation and process improvement initiatives in bank reconciliation and treasury accounting • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX & regulatory reporting (such as NAIC & Solvency II) • Variance analysis related to cash flow movements and working capital items Any Graduation Important Notice We have been alerted to the existence of fraudulent messages asking job seekers to set up payment to cover various costs associated with establishing employment at Accenture.
