This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new technologies and process improvements. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and operational needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to support seamless implementation. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate process effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between technical teams and business partners. - Experience in documenting detailed business process flows and functional requirements. - Ability to conduct thorough user and task analysis to capture business needs accurately. - Skilled in collaborating across diverse teams to drive consensus and informed decision-making.
