Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and API management within enterprise environments. - Good understanding of performance optimization and system monitoring practices.
