This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the intended requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication with team members, and managing priorities to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. The engineer acts as the central liaison, facilitating collaboration and driving the project forward through all phases of implementation and deployment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities. - Ensure alignment of technical solutions with organizational standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable applications. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
