The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous refinement of software components to meet evolving requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j. - Strong experience in graph database design and query optimization. - Ability to integrate Neo4j with various programming languages and frameworks. - Familiarity with data modeling concepts specific to graph databases. - Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of database systems. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
