The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with different teams to align web functionalities with project goals is also a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices in web development to enhance team productivity and project quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to support continuous learning and development within the team. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong experience in front-end and back-end web development frameworks and technologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards. - Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance and scalability. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Understanding of web security principles and best practices to protect applications and data.
