This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of technical approaches are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and effective problem-solving within the team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance software architecture and delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong experience in designing scalable and secure cloud-based architectures. - In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment automation. - Ability to optimize application performance and cost efficiency within cloud environments. - Experience with infrastructure as code and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting cloud services to ensure operational excellence.
