The role requires offering strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful transformation initiatives and alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead cross-functional discussions to align technology strategies with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adaptive Insight. - Strong analytical skills to assess technology platforms and identify optimization opportunities. - Experience in advising on technology cost management and value realization. - Ability to develop and implement industry- or function-specific technology solutions. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Capability to manage complex enterprise transformation projects involving multiple platforms.
