This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving business needs and adapting applications accordingly, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the existing technology landscape. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Should know about WMS and how to work on mobile applications - Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP PM with other enterprise systems. - Competence in documenting technical specifications and maintaining application documentation.
