Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Newcastle as a Care Professional.  As a Care Professional you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Additional Information Pay Rates, Hours & Benefits ·        £12.50 per hour plus paid mileage allowance. ·        £25 per hour on Bank Holidays. ·         Holiday Pay & Pension. ·         Company Events. ·         Employment Assist Program. ·         Genuine Care Progression Opportunities. ·         Ongoing Training & Development.   Hours of Work ·         You must be available to work a mix of hours, including early morning or early evenings and alternate weekends. ·         Minimum of 1-hour visits so you will never feel rushed. ·         Guaranteed Hours Contracts for those who demonstrate flexibility and reliability.
