Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong experience in designing, coding, and testing software components within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to master data management. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Skilled in maintaining and enhancing existing applications to meet evolving business needs.
