This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient software engineering practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain project timelines. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align development activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment. - Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
