This role requires active participation in defining detailed requirements and crafting solutions that align with organizational processes. The position demands continuous engagement with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications developed support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Creativity and problem-solving are integral as the Application Designer works to bridge the gap between business goals and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to align application design with evolving business strategies and requirements. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve application design processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Experience in application design methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments. - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. - Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
