This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology by designing effective processes that support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with OneStream, Extensive Finance, SmartCPM. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business needs. - Experience in process mapping and documentation to support system design and implementation. - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions within business and technology contexts.
