Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, fostering an environment where ideas are exchanged freely to enhance overall project outcomes. The role also includes monitoring application performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize functionality throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to support continuous learning and development among team members. - Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to foster their growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Benefits. - Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise environments. - Experience in integrating business process requirements into technical solutions effectively. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues with a focus on minimizing downtime. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
