Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Experience in developing and deploying marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and customer journey mapping within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources. - Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs relevant to Salesforce Marketing Cloud customization and automation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
