This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GraphQL (Query Language). - Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices related to GraphQL implementations. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures. - Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure maintainability and quality. - Familiarity with integrating GraphQL services with various backend systems and databases. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges within distributed systems.
