Support Worker

Job Description This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Support Worker in this 2:1 package. The client is a young adult who has cerebral palsy, and due to this, the client would require management of his PEG feed, medication and personal care, you will also be required to drive the client's vehicle as he has a mobility car and he is a wheelchair user.  He is an avid fan of Pokemon, exploring the outdoors and wildlife, shopping trips and watching YouTube videos.
