The role requires engaging in coding activities, refining existing applications, and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. The work focuses on creating high-quality, customized solutions that meet unique business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software components to ensure optimal performance and scalability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). - Experience with cloud-based software development and integration techniques. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Good understanding of software testing and debugging processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
