The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and improving software to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer balances multiple priorities and contributes to the overall success of projects by aligning technical efforts with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment using AWS services. - Strong knowledge of scalable system design and distributed computing principles. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline deployment processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications for performance and cost efficiency.
