This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development standards are maintained, and that the software solutions meet business goals in terms of scalability, performance, and quality. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions. - Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex projects. - Ability to design and implement customizations that integrate seamlessly with existing platforms. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and code quality assurance. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.
