This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and ensuring smooth operation by resolving incidents efficiently. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements to maintain business continuity and support operational excellence through proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution of complex issues. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solarwinds Administration. - Strong knowledge of network monitoring and management tools related to Solarwinds. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise IT environments. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes. - Familiarity with configuration management and automation within monitoring platforms. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
