Project Role : Large Language Model Architect Project Role Description : Architect large language models (LLM) that can process and generate natural language. Design neural network parameters, trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data. Must have skills : Agent Development Good to have skills : Agentic Design, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python (Programming Language) Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for an Agent Development Specialist to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and agentic applications using LLMs, RAG, and modern AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows for business use cases. - Build LLM-powered applications using Python and LLM APIs. - Develop RAG pipelines, semantic search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval solutions. - Implement tool/function calling, agent memory, orchestration, and multi-step workflows. - Apply prompt/context engineering to improve agent accuracy and reliability. - Integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external tools. - Evaluate and optimize agents for accuracy, performance, scalability, latency, and cost. - Implement appropriate guardrails, security, and responsible AI practices. Required Skills - Mandatory - Agent Development & Agentic Design - Large Language Models (LLMs) & Generative AI - Python - RAG / Retrieval-Augmented Generation - Prompt & Context Engineering - LLM APIs, Tool/Function Calling - Vector Databases & Embeddings - Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar - Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms Preferred Experience - 5–8 years in Software Engineering, AI/ML, GenAI, or related fields. - Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents/LLM applications. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and experimentation skills.
