Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience in application design and configuration to support diverse business processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that impact multiple teams and systems. - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving capabilities to develop innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
