This role requires defining high-level customer needs and designing appropriate business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and sustainable growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology capabilities. - Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in developing business cases and defining business solutions that support organizational goals. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels. - Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams towards successful project delivery.
