This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
