This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to application development, involving collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver functional and efficient software solutions that enhance business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the development lifecycle. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday. - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively. - Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques to support seamless data flow. - Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
