This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the day often includes problem-solving, refining system performance, and continuously exploring new technologies to enhance the overall user experience and system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet client requirements. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js. - Strong knowledge of backend development frameworks and RESTful API design. - Experience with cloud platforms and services to deploy and manage applications. - Familiarity with database management, including both SQL and NoSQL systems. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
