This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and deliver robust solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design. - Experience in leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles. - Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous review and adherence to coding standards. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting in custom software environments.
