Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Planning. - Strong experience in application design and configuration to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
