The role includes creating and implementing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and updating knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of issues that impact business continuity. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting multiple teams across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. - Lead efforts to document processes and update knowledge resources to enhance team efficiency. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: IMP : Primary skill: TYPO3 CMS and PHP Secondary/Good to have skill: MySQL, HTML/CSS/JS, Composer, Git, and Docker/DDEV-based local development - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PHP (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). - Strong understanding of server-side scripting and web application development. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in multi-component systems. - Familiarity with change management processes and incident management frameworks. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
