This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that solutions meet business goals by maintaining high standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. - Drive the adoption of best practices and development methodologies to improve software quality and delivery efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of custom software solutions. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend improvements and innovations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GraphQL (Query Language). - Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices related to GraphQL implementations. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in complex software systems. - Familiarity with backend development frameworks and integration of GraphQL with various data sources. - Skilled in collaborating with development teams to enforce coding standards and ensure high-quality deliverables.
