Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation. - Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business needs. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with IT service management processes and workflows. - Ability to work with APIs and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
