I&P GN - Treasury – Consultant - Process Excellence-PE Management Level: 09–Consultant Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune Must have skills: Good understanding of Treasury operations, with expertise in Treasury business processes and the ability to identify AI and automation opportunities across one or more areas, including Cash & Liquidity Management, Financial Risk Management, In-House Banking, Payment Automation & Bank Connectivity, and Working Capital Management. Job Summary: Consultant – Process Excellence contributes to Treasury transformation engagements, bringing structured process analysis skills, hands-on AI and automation tooling experience, and growing domain knowledge across Cash and Liquidity Management, Risk Management, In-House Banking, Payment automation and Bank connectivity, Working Capital management   Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct As-Is process maturity assessment (L1–L4) and structured gap analysis across Treasury sub-processes Develop To-Be process designs, SOPs, RACI frameworks, and process narratives aligned with GBS / Shared Services target-state design principles AI-Ready Process Analysis: analyze workflows to identify automation and AI intervention opportunities Python (must have): write clean functional scripts for data extraction, transformation, API calls, and workflow automation tasks; independently run and debug scripts within Treasury transformation contexts SQL (must have): query Treasury datasets from ERP / data warehouse environments; perform joins, aggregations, and sub-queries to extract operational insights supporting process assessments Hands-On AI Tooling: apply at least one of – GenAI prompt engineering, RPA scripting, process mining tools, or LLM-based workflow prototyping – to real Treasury process challenges Data Analysis & Treasury Reporting: build analytical outputs using Excel, Power BI, Python, or SQL; support delivery of process performance dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks Support operating model design and transition planning activities – contribute to wave planning documentation, KT tracking, SLA frameworks, and stabilization reports Solution Documentation & Delivery Contribution: prepare workshop materials, process deliverables, status reports, and presentation decks; contribute to business case quantification Treasury Sub-Process Knowledge: demonstrate working knowledge of at least one tower (Cash & Liquidity Management, Financial Risk Management, In-House Banking, Payment Automation & Bank Connectivity, and Working Capital Management.); actively develop multi-tower depth over time Collaborate with AI/data engineers and automation specialists to embed technology interventions into redesigned process flows; contribute to functional specification documents undefinedGood to have skills:RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power AutomateProcess Mining: Celonis, Signavio (exposure / certification)Building agents and automating workflowsAny TMS / Enabling Treasury system exposure (SAP, KYRIBA, FIS, ION, Gtreasury, or equivalent) Additional Information:An opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clientsPotential to Co-create with leaders in strategy, industry experts, enterprise function practitioners and, business intelligence professionals to shape and recommend innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies.Ability to embed responsible business into everything—from how you service your clients to how you operate as a responsible professional.Personalized training modules to develop your strategy & consulting acumen to grow your skills, industry knowledge and capabilitiesOpportunity to thrive in a culture that is committed to accelerate equality for all.
