This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and establish clear business process requirements. The professional actively participates in quality management reviews to ensure that all design and business requirements are thoroughly addressed. Additionally, the role includes educating stakeholders to foster a deep understanding of the process designs, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment across teams. The position demands a proactive approach to refining processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for process improvements. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process objectives and outcomes. - Document and communicate process designs and changes effectively to all relevant parties. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within production planning and control. - Experience in developing process blueprints and defining key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness. - Ability to collaborate effectively with application architects and other technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization. - Familiarity with quality management principles to ensure compliance with business and design standards.
