Must have skills : ServiceNow Performance Analytics Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education POSITION TITLE Associate, ServiceNow Colleague Experiences Tester ROLE SUMMARY As the ServiceNow Tester for Colleague Experiences, you will support the Digital organization in managing technical solutions for Digital Services to all the Colleagues. In partnership with the ServiceNow Product owner, Digital Analyst and Solution Engineer, you will assist in designing, implementing Service portals and knowledge management, utilizing a combination of web development and testing (including ServiceNow s automated test framework) tools to implement portal and knowledge solutions on the ServiceNow platform. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the product team to test solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the product team. General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow portal and knowledge products and associated applications Provide advanced test planning skills to the Colleague Experiences development team. Write stories, test plans and test scripts. Execute testing scripts and ATF test packages. Test application and platform upgrades BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Applicant must have a Bachelor s degree. Experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS Demonstrate ability to work and communicate collaboratively with different areas to develop and deliver portal solutions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in an Agile project environment (SAFE of Scrum preferred) with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace. Experience planning for testing needs Experience writing and executing test scripts Experience with ServiceNow Ability to work as an individual and in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
