This role is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and thoughtfully designs effective resolutions, drawing upon extensive knowledge of the product to support seamless functionality and client satisfaction throughout daily interactions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. - Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network design principles and architecture. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues. - Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices. - Ability to analyze system performance and optimize network configurations. - Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
