The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving software performance and functionality while adapting to dynamic project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote transparency and effective problem-solving. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards related to SAP environments. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet organizational requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP GRC. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP GRC implementations.
