Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and API management within enterprise environments.
