This role requires the use of established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination and communication with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion of initiatives within the defined scope and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate collaboration among diverse groups to drive project progress and resolve conflicts. - Continuously assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Industry. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices within the life sciences domain. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex program schedules. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and improve project outcomes. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels. - Capability to adapt to evolving project requirements and maintain focus on delivering value.
