Job Description As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit. Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins. Ensure guest and business safety and security are the top priority at all times. In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business. Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay. What you'll bring... A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
