This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended business requirements. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while serving as the main liaison for application-related activities and decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs. - Ability to design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to CRM data. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in CRM applications. - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
