Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into comprehensive documentation. The role also includes evaluating user interactions and task flows to ensure that new processes effectively address business needs and support seamless technology integration. Continuous engagement with cross-functional teams is essential to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption of these processes within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process objectives and outcomes. - Monitor process performance post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes that meet organizational needs. - Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business requirements into actionable process designs. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels. - Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools to visualize and communicate process flows. - Excellent communication skills to articulate process changes and facilitate user adoption.
