The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Platform, Generative AI. - Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged and software as a service applications. - Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code development platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability. - Familiarity with software release management and version control processes. - Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
