The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Databricks Backend, API. - Experience with distributed computing and big data processing concepts. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of data analytics solutions. - Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of software applications.
