The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge industry- and function-specific technology solutions, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic discussions with clients to align technology solutions with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing industry standards. - Experience in analyzing and optimizing production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Ability to design and implement technology solutions tailored to enterprise manufacturing environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. - Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
