The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability. Attention to detail and problem-solving are key aspects throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product effectively supports business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance efficiency and user experience. - Document design specifications and application configurations to maintain clear communication within the team. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Experience with component development and template creation within Adobe Experience Manager environments. - Strong understanding of content management systems and web application architecture. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support AEM development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality. - Knowledge of integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and services.
