Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Experience in developing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Familiarity with data processing, integration, and analytics within cloud-based environments. - Ability to optimize software components for performance and maintainability. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within diverse and dynamic teams.
